Radhanagar Beach is the most famous attraction of Havelock Island. Commonly known as Beach No. 7, Radhanagar was named as the best beach in Asia and the 7th best beach in the world by Time Magazine in 2004. The beach is also included in the Top 25 beaches of Asia by Tripadvisor’s Traveller’s Choice Awards in 2016.
The beach extends a long way into the sea, so it is ideal for shallow swimming . There is also a trekking path short of Radhnagar Beach that ends at Elephant Beach ,again, a tourist attraction in Havelock Island, where glass-bottomed boats and snorkelling offer an enchanting view of the seabed and life therein.
